In this LS (SdA) there are some varied and engaging activities integrated in three different processes:
These activities are organized in different sequences, beginning with a motivating activity to arise your interest and motivation in the subject. Other activities are designed to practice and learn language skills and structures, as well as to help you to amuse yourselves during the learning process. There is also a process to create the final product: the weather forecast video for a tv programme. Here you will develop your digital and creative skills, besides you will collaborate with your classmates working together and being part of a team. After that you will watch your videos and assess your classmates, reflecting also upon your own learning experience.
With these activities you will:
- Use your previous knowledge and real experiences in order to develop the designed tasks and keep on learning.
- Learn at your own rhythm using a wide range of active and communicative methodologies in order to meet different learning styles.
- Work both autonomously and collaboratively in order to enhance responsibility and teamwork skills.
- Develop digital skills.
- Learn language in context and together with other areas in the curriculum such as geography, information and communication technologies...
- Improve your confidence as well as your critical thinking through the guided analysis of the different presentations.
- Reflect upon your own learning as well as provide feedback to your classmates with the various assessment activities programmed.
